Slate simplifies registrations and workflows by automating tasks like approvals, inspections, maintenance, and payments, saving time and reducing errors. Because it's powered by your data in BuildingBlocks, you get real-time property data without juggling separate systems. Here's what's new this summer.
Anyone who's had to upload documents one at a time knows how tedious it is.
Now you can select several files at once, or drag and drop a whole batch straight into Slate. That's a big help for registrants submitting supporting documents like insurance certificates, licenses, or permits, and for staff uploading inspection photos or case documents. Less clicking, more doing.
The right data, right where you need it.
You can now customize your property table in Slate's settings to fit your program, with no engineering help required. Whether it's number of units, property type, or inspection status, the details you care about most are front and center, so you don't have to dig into individual records to find them.
